“아이가 밖에서 외국인을 만나도 두려워하지 않고, 친구가 되어서 오는 걸 보면 뿌듯하네요.” 이 부분이 정말 마음에 와닿았어요. 아이가 자연스럽게 영어로 세상과 소통하는 모습이 상상만 해도 흐뭇하네요.

tanah 쌤과의 수업을 오래오래 이어가시는 이유가 그대로 느껴집니다. 친근한 분위기 속에서 매번 활기찬 수업을 하다 보면, 영어가 숙제가 아니라 일상이 되는 힘이 생기잖아요. 혹시 아이가 직접 수업 내용을 녹음해서 1분 정도씩 짧게 자기 얘기도 해보면, 자신감이 훨씬 더 커질 거예요! 부모님께서도 아이와 영어로 간단한 대화를 종종 시도해보시면 아이가 훨씬 자연스럽게 자신을 표현하게 된답니다.

I’m so proud to hear that Genius isn’t afraid to talk to foreigners. There was also a time when he told me that he even talked with an American man and his friend on the bus. Hearing that made me feel really proud of him.

He is truly not afraid to share his thoughts and express himself, and I think that is such a wonderful quality. Thanks to both his and your dedication, all of this progress has been possible. Without your continuous support and effort, this growth would not have been possible.
