Thank you for this valuable feedback. I appreciate how you always make sure to attend our classes, being cheerful and expressing yourself in English. I am sorry if there are times that I can't extend the class if you entered few minutes late because there is no extra time as there is another student next to our class. I promise that if there is an extra time and you entered late, I'll extend the class. I will also continue to teach you the best way I can.
