I think I'm not good at English Grammar. So I sometimes hesitate to say something because of fearing of mistake of grammar. But Elayna always tries to teach me how to speak grammatically. Furthermore, she tells me interesting daily life, so it's very interesting to hear American life. I expect every class with Elayna. -
기분좋은 아침을 맞이 할 수 있게 늘 웃으며 상냥하게 인사해 주세요. 선생님의 목소리에는 애정과 배려가 가득 느껴집니다. 그래서 방 밖으로 아이와 선생님의 소리가 들릴때는 미소가 지어 집니다. 아이가 선생님을 좋아해서 아침에 일어나기 힘들텐 데도 수업을 안하겠다는 말을 한번도 하지않고 기특하게 수업에 잘 참여 합니다. 선생님과의 수업이 좋아서 그런것 같아 마음도 놓이고 엘라이나 선생님께 너무 감사합니다. -
Thank you Elayna for always trying to improve my English skills. Especially when I mentioned my plans to travel to New York, you gave me a lot of travel information about New York, which was very helpful to me. After traveling New York, I felt that my listening skills were lacking, but I hope that one day I will be able to understand American Musical. -
오늘 레벨테스트 수업에 매우 만족합니다. 아이가 혹시 잘 못 알아 들을까봐 천천히 그리고 정확히 말씀해 달라고 부탁드렸는데 정말 수업동안 잊지않고 아이에 맞춰서 천천히 그리고 정확히 말씀해 주셨어요. 아이가 대답할 수 있게 기다려 주시고 교재도 잘 선택해 주셔서 편하게 수업할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 아이가 수업 마치고 나와서 선생님이 좋다고 말하면서 수업이 엄청 짧게 느껴졌다고 이야기 했습니다. 아이에게 잘 맞는 선생님을 찾고 있었는데 Elayna 선생님이 딱 맞는 선생님인것 같아 무척 기쁘네요. Elayna 선생님을 추천해 주신 매니저님께 감사하고 오늘 수업해 주신 Elayna 선생님께도 감사합니다. 앞으로 오늘수업처럼 해주시면 좋겠습니다. 잘 부탁드립니다. -

일상에서 활용할 수 있는 영어회와는 물론 미국을 포함하여 외국의 문화에 대하여도 많이 알려 주셔서 수업이 너무나 즐겁고 재미있습니다. 특히 생소한 영어 단어에 대한 의미 또는 발음에 대하여 자주 질문하게 되는데 Elayna 선생님은 언제나 정확하게 가르쳐 주셔서 많은 도움이 됩니다. -
Elayna always teaches me earnestly with passion. Especially, she leads me to speak in English freely about everyday life. In addition she always gives me comments of ungrammatical _expression_ I speak. So my English class with Elayna is very interesting and funny.

Hello there, my name is Elayna. I am an ESL Instructor. I hold a Master's degree in teaching and education from the University of Minnesota since the year 2000.
안녕하세요~ 저는 ESL 강사 Elayna 입니다. University of Minnesota에서 2000년에 교육학 석사를 받았습니다.
I currently live in Tennessee in the United States. I have traveled to many countries, and this experience of travel and learning other cultures aids in my teaching style. I knew since I was a child that I wanted to be a teacher. With my passion, I have spent my life pursuing my education and gaining experience to provide the best curriculum to each students specific needs.
현재는 미국 Tennessee에 살고 있습니다. 여러나라를 여행하면서 다양한 문화 경험은 티칭 스타일에 큰 도움을 주었습니다. 저는 아주 어릴적으로 교사가 되고 싶었습니다. 그래서, 교육학을 전공하였고, 티칭에 필요한 소중한 경험을 하게 되었습니다. 이는 학생 개별적으로 필요한 니즈 파악하여 최상의 커리큘럼을 제공할수 있도록 하였습니다.
One of my greatest qualities is my patience. I pride myself in taking the time to work with each student to understand their learning style and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. I work with all age ranges from young children to older adults. I teach all areas of the ESL curriculum from grammar, pronunciation, fluency, comprehension, American accent and other ESL skills.
저의 가장 큰 장점은 참을성입니다. 학생마다의 배우는 방법의 차이를 인지하고, 학생의 영어공부하는 목표를 성취해 주고자 시간을 갖고 도울것입니다. 저는 어린아이들부터 어른까지 티칭의 경험이 있고, 문법, 발음, 유창함, 이해, 액센트 등의 모든 분야에서 ESL을 티칭한 경험을 갖고 있습니다.
With 16 years of experience I am able to provide the best learning environment for each student and tailor their specific needs to their learning style. I am currently pursuing my ESL certification which will aid in the classroom experience. I am honest with feedback and I strive for the highest level of satisfaction and guarantee results. Along with teaching I am an artist and advocate outdoor person. I spend as much time as possible with my family and create art to represent nature. I also love to cook foods from around the world!
16년간 티칭의 경험에서 저는 학생들 마다의 니즈를 파악하여 최선의 환경에서 배울수 있도록 합니다. 학생들에게 도움을 더 주고자 현재는 ESL certification을 준비중에 있습니다. 저는 수업중에 피드백을 제공하고, 만족할만한 결과를 얻을때까지 노력합니다. 티칭이외에 저는 화가이며, 야외활동을 즐깁니다. 저는 가족들과 많은 시간을 보내고 자연을 표현하는 그림을 그립니다. 저는 또한 전세계 각국의 다양한 요리를 하는것을 좋아합니다.
