Hi, I am Jino. You may call me Jino.

안녕하세요, 저는 Jino 입니다. 저를 Jino라고 불러도 됩니다.

I have been teaching English for more than three years now and I consider teaching as a two way process. 

저는 영어를 가르친지 3년이 넘었고 가르치는 것은 양방향 과정이라고 생각합니다.

I can impart my English knowledge to my students and at the same time, learn from my students' personalities and culture. 

저는 저의 영어 지식을 학생들에게 전달함과 동시에 학생들의 성격과 문화로부터 배울 수 있습니다. 

I majored in Office Administration at University of the Visayas and worked for various companies such as law firms, real-estate institutions, the local government, and BPO companies after graduation.
 저는 Visayas 대학에서 사무관리를 전공했고 졸업 후 법무법인, 부동산 기관, 지자체, BPO 기업 등 다양한 회사에서 근무했습니다.

My advice to my students is to always try.

저의 학생들에게 하는 조언은 항상 노력하라는 것입니다. 

 As a non-native speaker, I would always think that whenever I speak, especially using the English language, everyone is looking at me and judging my delivery which has put my confidence in a hot seat. 

비원어민으로서, 나는 항상 내가 말할 때마다, 특히 영어를 사용할 때, 모든 사람들이 나를 보고 나의 전달을 판단한다고 생각하며, 이것은 나의 자신감을 곤경에 빠뜨렸습니다. 

However, I learned that every time I speak up, I deliver a message of bravery and courage to overcome one's fears and I would like you to not just dedicate your English studies to yourself but also to become a role model to others.
하지만, 저는 제가 목소리를 낼 때마다, 두려움을 극복하기 위한 용기와 용기의 메시지를 전달한다는 것을 배웠고, 저는 여러분이 영어 공부를 여러분 자신에게뿐 아니라 다른 사람들에게 롤모델이 되기를 바랍니다.
As an English learner during my elementary to high school years, I had always been a wallflower 

초등학교에서 고등학교까지의 영어 학습자로서, 나는 말한마디 못하는 사람이었습니다.

and I thought that teachers could deliver lessons in a more welcoming and engaging way and that is why, in my three years of English teaching journey, I have always encouraged my students to talk more during the class while I ask you questions that would stimulate your brain to speak more and more, thus enhancing and sharpening your vocabulary and speaking confidence.

그리고 저는 선생님들이 좀더 환영받고 매력적인 방법으로 수업을 전달할 수 있다고 생각했습니다.  그래서 나는 3년간의 영어를 가르치는 여행에서 항상 제가 여러분에게 질문을 하는 동안 제 학생들에게 더 많은 이야기를 하도록 격려해 왔습니다. 여러분의 뇌가 점점 더 많이 말하도록 자극하여, 여러분의 어휘와 말하기 자신감을 높이고 날카롭게 합니다.
We should all be learning English because it does not only pave the way for us achieving our dreams like acing an exam or finding an international job, but it also has some scientific evidences that learning a second language could boost our memory and prevent certain brain diseases.
우리는 모두 영어를 배워야 합니다. 왜냐하면 영어는 시험을 치르거나 국제적인 직업을 찾는 것과 같은 우리의 꿈을 이룰 수 있는 길을 열어줄 뿐만 아니라, 제2외국어를 배우는 것이 우리의 기억력을 증진시키고 특정한 뇌 질환을 예방할 수 있다는 과학적인 증거도 가지고 있기 때문입니다.
